Day	Destination	Description
Day 1	Anchorage	Anchorage : We'll pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your Anchorage hotel. Overnight Anchorage.
Day 2	Denali	Anchorage - Denali : Journey between the mountains of the spectacular Alaska and Talkeetna ranges on an incomparable sightseeing experience aboard the McKinley Explorer railcars. Luxurious glass-domed observation cars carry you along the rails of the historic Alaska Railroad. Take in the wide-open scenery as you travel through the Matanuska Valley, a farming region known for mammoth vegetables; past colorful towns like Wasilla, billed as the "Home of the Iditarod;" along scenic rivers like the Susitna, which means "Mother River;" and across Hurricane Gulch, where the train slows to 5 miles per hour to cross over the trestle built over the creek 296 feet below. During the trip, relax with a cocktail in the observation lounge or enjoy leisurely dining service for breakfast or lunch. By late afternoon the train arrives in Denali National Park. Here, you can choose from a wide range of optional activities like river rafting, helicopter flightseeing, or horseback riding. Overnight Denali.
Day 3	Anchorage	Denali - Anchorage : Take time this morning to choose from one of many complimentary park-sponsored activities and optional Denali tours including guided hikes; plus white-water rafting, fixed-wing flightseeing and horseback riding. Later, board your Gray Line motor coach and return to Alaska's largest city, Anchorage, retracing your journey along the scenic Parks Highway. Your tour ends with a transfer to a downtown hotel (accommodations not included).
